A great opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer has materialised for a large Housing Association in Chippenham, Wiltshire, for an ongoing period starting as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for breaches of tenancy/leasehold agreements, including rent and service arrears, nuisance, harassment and misuse of property, as well as regular estate inspections.
Housing qualifications are an advantage, but not a necessity.
Salary is £11-£13 ph and the hours are full time.
Use of a car and a current CRB are essential.
