Based in Bournemouth, Dorset
The Leasehold Management Officer is expected to provide a high quality proactive service to all customers within private sector leased properties, including shared housing units, and address their needs as they arise. You would be expected to liased with customers, contractors, other sections and departments as necessary to ensure a high level of service delivery to the individual and standard of estate management.
Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, the successful candidate would be expected to have at least one years experience in housing and property management, especially within leasehold properties.
Access to transport, and a recent updated CRB is required.
