The role of the Estate Officer is to provide a good quality professional service to the tenants. In particular, to ensure the well being of tenants and to ensure tenants are able to maximise their independence with a supportive environment. The role of the Estate Officer includes the provision of a good quality sheltered housing officer service in addition to the estate tasks identified elsewhere. Based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, the Estate Officer will work to ensure the well-being of tenants and that they are able to maximise their independence within a supportive environment.
A recent enhanced CRB required.
