An experienced Housing Officer is wanted for a Housing Association within Central Swansea, commencing mid Feb.
You will be responsible for ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to residents enquiries, encourage and support tenants/residents, deal with rent payments, as well as sometimes preparing cases for court action & representing the organisation at court.
Housing qualifications are an advantage, but not a necessity.
Salary is £11-£13 ph
Hours are full time.
