An experienced Housing Officer is wanted for a large Housing Association within Central Cardiff for an ongoing period starting (around) 23rd February.
You will be responsible for breaches of tenancy/leasehold agreements, including rent and service arrears, nuisance, harassment and misuse of property.
Housing qualifications are an advantage, but not a necessity.
Salary is £11-£13 ph
Hours are full time.
