NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field
Relevant childcare qualification
Business management qualification
Experience
Experience in a relevant childcare field
Experience of community development work
Experience of multi-agency working
Experience of business planning and funding streams available
Experience of team working
Knowledge/skills/abilities
Knowledge of childcare legislation
Knowledge of National Daycare Standards
Competent IT user
Good oral/written communication skills
Knowledge of Foundation Stage
Knowledge of child development
