Telford and Wrekin Borough Council are currently looking for a social worker to join their supportive children and families team. This is a generic team, with some emphasis on child protection procedures. Candidates will be required to start immediately as there is an urgent requirement.
Applicants must have at least 2 years experience working within a children and families team. A good knowledge of key legislation relevant to professional social care work is essential.
The contract will run for an initial period of 2 months.
Applicants must have current enhanced CRBs and be GSCC registered.
