Purpose: To provide social work input to the MDT Crisis Res H/T Service providing intensive home treatment for individuals in the community presenting in mental health crisis.
You will work flexible hours between 8.00am-- 10.00pm to (to include weekends ) based on a 37hour week.
Location: FAIRFIELD GENERAL HOSPITAL, BURY
GSCC registration and current enhanced CRBs are required for this post.
