Rochdale MBC are currently looking for 3 social workers, required to assess clients in hospital so as to effect safe and timely discharges.
Should ideally have an Adult Care background and be conversant with the Delayed Discharge Act.
Must be able to work under pressure and must be I T competent.
Will be expected to use the in house SWIFT system for which training will be given.
A good attendance record is essential.
GSCC registration and current enhanced CRBs are required.
