We currently have a vacancy for a social worker within Older Persons Team. You will be To undertake Assessments, Reviews and participating in the duty system. Experience of Working as a social worker with Older People in Care Management and Planning is essential. Please only apply if you have a CRB within 12 months and your GSCC registration.
