3 days, 6 hours. 18-20 hours per week
Monday-Friday mornings, 9-1. But can be flexible.
Car and experience are essential
An experienced generic estate manager is required as soon as possible to work with adults aged 60+ within a complex comprising of 25 flats and 5 bungalows, and to support vulnerable adults to live independently within their own homes. The successful applicant will be required to complete daily checks on residents, fire tests, checks of the building and to undertake basic paper work. The post also requires the applicant to liaise with family and doctors, assist with clients to book appointments, and any other housing related issues that may arise.
A car and recent enhanced CRB are essential.
