Our client is looking for an experienced, qualified social worker to join their Fostering team in Bolton. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm and will have a positive attitude.
You will have to display your natural leadership skills as you will be expected to supervise a caseload of foster carers in a professional and supportive manner. Because the majority of the foster carers requiring support are Asian, it is essential that you are able to communicate in either Gujarati or Urdu.
To be considered for this post, you will have the following:
A social work qualification
A current, enhanced CRB
A GSCC certificate
At least 3 years post-qualification work experience
A hard-working mentality
Ability to speak and understand Gujarati or Urdu.
