Based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
The Area Housing Officer will be responsible for the assessment of housing priorities and the allocation, management and control of housing within the defined area. The Area Officer will provide a responsive area based housing service of the highest quality incorporating best practice and best value. Based in Trowbridge, Wilts, the Area Officer will ensure that tenants views and aspirations are met as far as possible within policy guidelines in the provision of the service.
An enhanced recent CRB is required.
