Support Worker

We are currently looking for a candidate who has had at least 1 year experience in supported housingto work in a housing assication. Based in Newport, the ideal candidate will be working with adults with physical disabilities who need help and support towards independent living.
As part of a role of support worker you will need some knowledge of housing related issues such as tenancy agreements, risk assessments and support plans. Required CRB.
