Support Worker

We are currently looking for a candidate who has had at least 1 year experience in supported housing. Based in swansea, the ideal candidate will be working with adults with learning disabilities who need help and support towards independent living. As part of the role as support worker, you will need some knowledge of housing related issues such as tenancy agreements, risk assessments and support plans.
