We are looking for an experienced social worker to lead delivery of the high needs aspect of the Bridgend Flying Start Scheme, providing support for pre-school children and their families in three specific areas within Bridgend.
The role will involve working with staff in the Support Team, carrying out high quality assessments, creating plans that address identified needs, executing those plans, monitoring and reviewing their effectiveness and being responsible overall for managing the caseload of the team.
