The requirements of this role includes providing an assessment and Forensic social work service to service users within the Secure Services and for a time limited period to service users who have been discharged from the In Patient Services to a catchment area of Lancashire and Cumbria in accordance with the local CPA policy, statutory requirements and departmental guidelines. This will involve delivering interventions which promote independence, social inclusion and recovery.
