Swim are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to work within the Adults service in Lincolnshire Council. You will be responsible for the provision of a social work service and for ensuring the quality and standards of professional practice and performance in relevant areas of service delivery.

Be a QSW with current registration to the GSCC.
Post qualification social work experience
Relevant supervisory and management experience
Knowledge of key legislation relevant to professional social care work
Knowledge of methods to assess performance and achievement of targets in social work practice
Knowledge of the legislative and policy framework governing work with the relevant service user group
Experience of managing a complex case load
Ability to organise and prioritise work and manage time effectively
Strong influencing and negotiating skills with clients and other health professionals
Experience of producing reports for a variety of audiences
Able to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
Strong written, communication and presentation skills
