Based in Chippenham Wiltshire, and covering 3 flats in Devizes.
A fantastic opportunity has become available in Wiltshire for a Supported Housing Officer to work for a great project. We are currently looking for a candidate who has had at least two years experience in supported housing. As part of the role as a supported housing officer you will be expected to provide an intensive housing management and support service to young, vulnerable and homeless individuals.
You may also be required to work at any other of the services within your project as directed by the Team Leader.
A recent (within 6 months) enhanced CRB, and access to a car are essential.
