A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housing Officer to work for a large Housing Association based in central Bristol. It is an ongoing full-time post. A driving licence is essential, as the successful candidate will be expected to do tenant visits. The post holder will be expected to ensure that the Association's tenants and prospective tenants receive an efficient and equitable service in accordance with the policies laid down by the Management Committee and as agreed with the Head of Housing Services. As a member of the Housing Management team, to take overall responsibility for the management of a specific geographical area of Solon's housing stock, which may include temporary accommodation in short-life properties.
