Swim are looking for a Principal Social Worker to work on a full time basis for the next 3 months.
The posts are required for the Ordinary Living Team South which is based at Newlands House in Northampton and for the Ordinary Living Team North which is based at Grafton Court in Kettering. These teams are Care Management / Social Work Team who work with people who have learning disabilities. The persons main responsibilities would be to hold complex cases, vulnerable adult investigations and supervise staff.
