A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Programme Manager has become available, working for a large housing association based in Swindon, Wiltshire.
You will monitor the work of the development team on capital projects to ensure adequate systems are in place, and ensure that the team can effectively manage its work. The successful candidate will need experience of undertaking financial analysis in a business environment and to be a committed, highly organised analyst with a taste for problem solving. Various industry standard software packages are used to monitor the development programme, and a high standard of excel use will be required.
