A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Supported Housing Officer, who is required to join a large Housing Association covering a period of Maternity Leave for 6 months minimum.
Based in Christchurch, Dorset, but the successful candidate will be covering the Southampton, Winchester and Andover area, and must have Supported Housing Management experience and IT skills.
You will have experience of working with Rent arrears, Anti-Social behaviour, letting voids properties and monitoring staff that deliver the support and have knowledge.
The working hours would be Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
