Our consultants are available to give you advice and practical assistance about registering with Swim. We will need the following documentation before we are able to secure you work;

  • CV
  • Application form
  • Verified copy of Passport plus one other form of ID
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (If applicable)
  • Copies of all professional qualifications and professional registrations
  • Proof of your address, for example a copy of a utility bill.
  • Signed top copy of our Agency Staff Handbook

Guidelines issued by the Criminal Records Bureau state that all locums must have an enhanced CRB checkcompleted by the representing agency when working in a temporary role. Swim Recruitment is a Registered Umbrella Body with the Criminal Records Bureau and can apply for a CRB check on your behalf.
